Appointments

We operate an appointments system.
For emergency appointments please call between 8.00 and 8.30am.
All other routine appointments can be booked in advance...we strive to keep our access level in line with national standards.

Out Of Hours Services

NHS Walk-In Centre

There is a GP-led service available at Hammersmith Hospital which is open seven days a week from 8.00am - 10.30pm. You can use this service for urgent health needs. No appointment is needed.

NHS Direct

There is a nurse-run 24-hour confidential helpline. The nurses can give you advice about treating minor illnesses and injuries or can point you to the most appropriate place to go. The number to call is 0845 46 47.

Emergencies

If you need an emergency doctor when we are closed please telephone 020 8969 0808. Our out-of-hours service can give advice over the phone, see you at a local hospital or arrange a home visit.

Disabled Access

The surgery premises are located on the ground floor. This allows easy access for wheelchair-bound and other disabled people.
